Mr Graeme Wallis
Non-executive Chairman
Mr Wallis is a highly respected West Australian businessman with extensive experience in the mining and exploration industry. With over 35 years as manager/managing director of Australasia’s largest privately owned drilling company, Graeme has an intimate knowledge of the Australian mining industry. Graeme also has extensive experience in owner operator mining ventures and his network of contacts in the mining industry has proven invaluable for Jackson Minerals building successful business and financial relationships.

Mr Brett Smith
Managing Director
Mr Smith has been with the Company since listing in June 2002, Executive Director since May 2006 and assumed the role of Managing Director in July 2007.

Mr Smith is a geologist with over 20 years experience in the exploration and mining industry of Australia, and is responsible for building the successful technical team at Jackson. Mr Smith is also a non-Executive Director of Australian junior energy company, Blackham Resources Limited.

Mr Mark Gwynne
Non-executive Director
Mr Gwynne is an original promoter and founding Executive Director of Jackson Minerals and has been primarily responsible for the Company’s asset base growth in Australia.

Mr Gwynne has been involved in gold exploration and mining for over 15 years, predominantly in Western Australia. Mark has held management positions on mine sites and in the service sector of the mining industry, including general manager of an exploration consultancy.

Currently Mr Gwynne also holds a directorship position with Monitor Energy Limited, who have uranium soil assets in the Kyrgyz Republic of Central Asia.
